Back feeling stiff after a day at a desk? Lie back over the Serelle Back Stretcher and let its arch take the weight for a slow, gentle stretch.
- Three heights. Clip the arch to about 7, 9 or 11 cm high.
- Soft foam pad. A ridged foam pad runs along the top of the arch.
- Raised nubs. Small rounded nubs across the frame.
- No batteries. A lightweight board with nothing to charge.
Start on the lowest height for a few minutes and build up slowly. Stop if it feels uncomfortable. If you have a back injury or condition, are pregnant or have had recent surgery, check with your doctor first.
